Privacy policy
Ledger Flow stores the financial records you enter so you can see them on any device. This page explains what we keep, why, and how you control it. It also serves as our data processing policy under Colombia’s Ley 1581 de 2012.
What we store
- Your name, email, language, time zone and currency.
- Accounts, categories, transactions and budgets you create, including notes and tags.
- Device sessions (browser type, time of sign-in) so you can review and revoke them.
Why
Only to run the service: showing your data back to you, keeping balances right and securing your account. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can read, correct and delete your data from Settings at any time, and withdraw your authorization by deleting your account. Deleting it keeps the records so you can reactivate later; ask us for permanent removal and we will do it within 15 business days.

Ledger Flow is the controller of the data you enter. The purpose is exclusively to provide the service described above. You can exercise your rights of access, update, correction, deletion and revocation through Settings or by writing to the contact below; we answer within 15 business days.
